Our Favorite Cheeseplate

Whether we're entertaining for a group of four on a casual Friday night or for a crowd of 40 on Thanksgiving, we love to kick things off with a delectable cheese plate. Our friends at Shindig Catering in Massachusetts always make the most amazing charcuterie and cheese boards- so with their masterpieces as our inspiration - we set out to whip up a little version of their notorious spread.
After taste testing our way through our creations, we landed on the perfect combo of flavors:
1. Hard cheese such as gouda
2. Soft cheese such as D'affonois
3. Fresh honeycomb
6. Cured meats: we love spicy coppa & proscuitto
7. Some kind of edible green like Rosemary as a garnish
8. Plenty of crackers - we love Rain Coast Crisps
