Margaret Elizabeth is opening our first store in Palo Alto in fall 2016.
We are looking for both a full time store manager as well as part time store associates for this location.
STORE MANAGER & SALES ASSOCIATE:
This person will be the face of our brand, providing a best in class customer experience in our Palo Alto store. In addition, you will be a high energy, trustworthy, organized self starter who is passionate about fashion and enjoys engaging with customers. You will be a brand advocate—educating customers on our jewelry, helping brides choose pieces for their wedding, plan creative in-store events and developing customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty and repeat visits from customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a passion for delivering exceptional service - Ability to assess customer's needs/style and provide recommendations - A compassionate approach to solving customer concerns - A positive attitude & ability to thrive in small team atmosphere - Top notch project management skills & ability to see tasks through to completion - Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills
